Florida Fishing Passes are some of the best shore fishing in Florida.   Bait is drawn into bays and harbors when the tide rises.  When the tide drops the bait is washed back out to sea.   Game fish wait in passes to ambush anything that swims by.   Only passes that are accessible by foot are included in this map.
